In 1970, Eugene, “Chick,” and Rita Schueller ran the Town Clock Inn in the old Montgomery Ward Sports Department on the lower level of Nesler Centre. Chick and Rita’s six children all worked in the restaurant making it a family-owned, top-rated business.
In 1985, Chick and Rita’s daughter, Stephanie, bought the Town Clock Inn from her parents. For 26 years, Stephanie ran the restaurant while raising three children on her own.
In 2009, Stephanie’s son, Scott, and his wife Irene bought the restaurant and are currently running it with the support of his mom and their three boys, whom they hope to pass the business down to in the future.
From time to time, you will see members of the family helping out! Scott and Irene strive to make the same delicious tasting, quality food their grandparents made. They welcome you to their family and thank you for being a part of its success!
